I'm Vanessa 👋🏻
I’m a Project Management Leader with over a decade of experience bringing creative projects to life - across industries as diverse as music, non-profit, and startups in the design space. My journey has taken me on many paths marketing, product management, agency, and production, but one thing has always been constant - my operations and project management expertise. Each role has taught me how to make big ideas happen, keep teams motivated, and (hopefully!) make work a little more fun along the way.
🎸 I started in the music industry, where I learned the art of managing chaos (and rockstars). I’ve also led marketing projects as a marketing manager, giving me a knack for connecting the dots between strategy and creativity. Along the way, I even wrote (and had published) a book —because why not add “author” to the resume? And as an Executive Producer for the Geeks & Beats podcast, I got to blend my passion for storytelling with my love of all things music, pop culture, and tech.
📚 With a background in Print Journalism, Business Marketing, and Marketing Strategy, I’m a bit of a hybrid - part strategist, part creative, and always ready to dive into something new.
